I have a dell inspiron 1545. my sister tryed to log into it and didnt have the password so it kicked her off. now i cant get on it at all the screen that comes up says that i need the system or administrator password. i dont have ether what do i do?

Try to locate the BIOS battery compartment and disconnect the small battery for about an hour. - This will reset the BIOS to its' default mode and remove the password.

If you have forgotten your BIOS or Hard Drive Password for this model, there is a master code that you can obtain from Dell Support. Simply call, Email, or use Online Chat from http://support.dell.com and give them your Service Tag, and they can help you out from there. If it is a Windows profile password you have forgotton, try accessing the Administrator account from Safe Mode (Press F8 at startup), and remove the password for the user account from Control Panel, User Accounts.
