Buy a used broken one and replace the screen with the other one if the screen is better. It would probably be cheaper

You cannot - I know you don't like that answer, but it is the only honest answer. It is more expensive to repair a problem of this kind than to buy a new Mp3 player. You cannot simply glue a new screen onto there (Sansa wouldn't sell you replacement parts anyways), since other parts are most likely also damaged. Mp3 repair services online cannot fix the problem , because Sandisk (and the other manufacturers) will not sell the replacement components.
