PUK Code PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. Why am I being asked for a PUK?
Your mobile phone's SIM Card
has a four-digit PIN code enabled by default. If you enter the PIN code
incorrectly three times, a lock will be put onto the SIM card, and you
need a PUK code to unlock it.
Where do I get a PUK?
If you're being asked to enter a PUK, you will need to contact your network operator to get your SIM Card

A PUK code is a "Pin unlock code" it is used in mobile phones. This code unlocks the SIM card to allow access to your mobile phone. If you enter this code incorrectly several times, then the SIM card will be locked permanently and you will need to purchase another SIM card from your mobile phone provider. you just enter pin code for three times so it will ask for puk code....You can call to your network provider customer care service and ask for puk code. They will give to you Such that your pin code will get reset..Hope this will help you....Thank you....
