Error auto dialing

I am also having the E04-14 error. I will look into your suggestion. My "real" problem though is that when this error message pops up, the maching attempts to fax a report of this error to some fax # that doesn't exist. I'm guessing the machine is set up to notify it's dealer when E errors occur. How can I cancel this feature? I have been thru all the menus and cannot find anything related to this. Thanks!
