I hope I don't state the obvious, but you can always try to replace a broken part yourself first. search model name plus "repair guide" on any search engine.They will show details about about part replacement etc. in detail. There are other websites that sell all the replacement parts, one of the bigger ones is http://portatronics.com (646) 797 2838. Then for the repair itself you can venture to do it yourself, or better ask a friend who has done a similar repair before.
You might have just busted the screen. If so, you might be able to fix it for just under $26.00.

I have the same exact problem. I dropped mine, and it landed half on concrete, half on a piece of foam board, and when I got to shut mine off, it will slide to power off, but will not slide to do anything else. Everything works perfectly fine, people calling me, texting me, nothing is broken or cracked, I can't even unlock mine, it's stuck and it's making me very upset! hello basicly the the liquid is the lcd that lays between the screen that gives you the display if this fluid escapes it will no longer display properly and as it leaks more display will be lost ,to solve you will need to replace the screen
