If u r using internet explorer then delete cookies and cache files on the system by clicking on tools >> internet options and then delete these files.
In internet options
goto advanced and click on restore defaults or reset advanced settings.
Click apply and OK
and close down ur browser and then optn it again
and check whether it works or not
