Question about Saeco Royal Professional Espresso Machine
We've a Royal Pro which is the lifeline of our office.
Recently it stopped delivering coffee.
So I cleaned out the grinder as per instructions and did a descale.
The machine ground coffee and the brew-group did it's stuff (removed dregedrawer and engaged the interlock). However, no coffee or coffee grounds in the dredgedrawer.
I'm assuming that the doser is not opening on command. Is it mechanically operated?
I had a similar problem- you need to re-adjust your grinder setting again. It took me several tries to re-adjust and finally it is back working.
