Question about Brother MFC 210C All-In-One InkJet Printer
Printer was working fine, then a prompt came up on LCD "Unable to print", See trouble shooting and routine maintenance in user guide. Did that and still have the problem. Could this have something to do with the fax? I don't use it,but occationally I hear it ring as though a fax is coming in.
"Error 41 is problem related to printhead. The first thing you will need to do is to unplug power cable on the back of machine and leave it 30 minutes to 1 hour, then plug in back to see if Error 41 is still there. If so, please contact local service agent to deal with that. Error 41 is problem related to print head and technician will change new one to fix this problem."
