Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Hi - I have tested the inks all work except the black. I took all the cartridges out turned it off. Put all the cartridges back in turned it on. The ink improved over all in the C,M &Y but still no black. What do I do now?

Tips for a great answer:

ink reservoir doesnt have to be completely empty to fail. Replace the
cartridges. Some of the jets or all of them may be clogged especially if you
have not used your printer in a while. If there are cleaning instructions in
the manual clean the jets and then try to print from the printer's self test
