Question about Insignia Sport MP3 Player
I have used the software CD and also download the programs, but no computer will identify the MP3. so I can not use it.
The player uses the generic mass storage driver on almost any computer. Plug in the USB cord, and two extra drive letters will appear in Windows Explorer. If not, try changing the USB mode in the options on the player. If it still doesn't work, your player or USB cord could be defective.
