Need a Nak CD-45Z wiring harness, or diagram

I just got a used CD-45Z in excellent condition. However, it didn't come with the factory 14 pin wiring harness that plugs into the back of the head unit.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement, or have a schematic that shows which wires go to which pins?
