The Paper does not Jam. The copier just indicates that it is processing data but never seems to print. Seems to print every now and again if we change the fonts to download fonts. Not sure if there is an easy fix

Improper connection of the CCD unit flat cable

remedy Check lighting and the light quantity of the copy

enter simulation: pound, interrupt, clear, interrupt, then enter 14, press start,press execute on touch screen, press ca until copier restarts, this is a general clear code, if problem returns you will have a heat problem in the fuser.
If you can ping its IP, you have that part correct.
What you may be having is a firewall issue.
If your firewall protection is not allowing an exception for that IP address, you can ping the machine, yet the data being sent will be blocked.
I have seen this several times in setting up printers, you have to go into your firewall and set up an exception for the IP address on your firewall. I suspect that is the issue. Not uncommon.
Ckeck the glass on the left side it is about 1inck by 12 inch for white out on it also clean the optics.On your curling problem install fresh paper you can check your fuser temp. in sim 43-1 change it to 180.
