There is a line running horizontally appearing on pages. roller has line on it but does not come off. can't figure out how to access drum to see if we can clean it off; there is no manual...is there a cleaning mode this can go into?

I have the same problem.

White line running length of of printed page (approximately 2 inches from left side of paper)

1-2 inches on left side of paper we have a white line down or it's not printing properly. We checked the drum and there is a line that can't be cleaned off please advise

Jen17, you need to replace the drum.

IslandBag, try cleaning the laser lens glass as this is probably just toner on the glass.
