should work. Hope this is of some help.Bud

Yes, you can certainly do so, and what is great, you get it for free. Just click on the link posted below and you wil be directed to the site where you can download the drivers you need.
Unfortunately you did not supply me with a model number, so you will need to look for the spesific driver. If you do not manage, just leave a comment with the details and i will post the driver for you.
Never put your email address on a public forum such as this.
Is the account you are having trouble with, associated with the Logitech Vid/SightSpeed video calling service?
If so, you need to address your support question to the support service there, try at this website:
Where it asks for Product, enter 'webcams and video calling', 'video calling', then 'Logitech Vid' in the boxes that appear.
Tell them you can't log on, and what your account name and email address are, and let them fix the problem and explain what you need to do next.
You can also use your webcam with Skype or oovoo, as an alternative to Vid/SightSpeed, which will mean setting up a separate account with one of those organisations.
Whenever you set up a new account with an organisation, I suggest keeping a record of the userid, password, and the linked email address you used to establish the account. Keep all your records in a file that is encrypted - using a Word document with a password is a good idea. If you don't know how to set that up, feel free to log that as a separate request on FixYa.
What's the title and exact message again? It sounds like something went haywire in that program's settings; make a backup of them (or rename the files) and make a new settings file, or reinstall the program. Fixed?
