Normally there are not connections on a television to provide "auxillary" speakers to the original unit. Looking at the owners manual for several of the Aquos units it appears that it would have audio outputs, but these normally wouldn't be available for things such as speakers.

Normally the only way to get what your looking for done is by using a separate amplifier and speaker set and controlling the volume for that.
