Tip

8 People can use the same MSN dial up account.

It's easy really. Want to have an entire family on dial up with just one bill?

All you have to do is purchase 20 dollar a month subscription to MSN unlimited access dial up. This will include an MSN 9 CD which you will need. With these software installed, filled up you secondary account slot with new users. Make sure @msn if it gives you the choice, hotmail email address will not work.

Connect to your local msn phone number and the other people you gave a secondary accounts to will be able to do the same, while you are connected. It's a sweet deal considering everyone is paying about 2 bucks a month for internet access, especially if you cannot get broadband. If you wanted to sell off the access to people you could actually make money by doing this... but i do not suggest it.

Your best bet is to make a new msn addy and move on , if you think you've gotten greif so far , just wait till you have to deal with msn's help line, if there's a number, more likely an e-mail addy .

Contact the MSN help desk directly and report your account being use fraudulently. they should immediately close it and flag it for identity verification before it can be opened again.

Msn hotmail "error cannot access at this time" (home page hotmail)

this sound more like a temporary issue that msn is having. But if this problem has be for more then 24 hours contact MSN let them know how long this has been going on they will most likely try and trouble shoot it then they will transfer you to tier 2 at that point they will disable the email account and re-enable it and reset your password. That is what I did for customers when I worked for MSN 9 out of 10 times it worked when I reset there account on my end.
