Clicking noises may mean a power supply voltage is not staying correct or that board is bad---a suggestion: visit shopjimmy.com who has by model number a list of all the boards used in almost every Samsung Flat screen set made.

I would not advise you to buy a non working TV specially when Plasma is moving out and the new technologies with 3D- LED is around bringing the prices down.
Also the cost is not the factor but if there is fault on the mother board then you are stuck and would have wasted money on a junk. So please do not commit UNLESS you can source a power supply unit - SMPS unit - and make sure that it is the ONLY issue. Let the TV work and then after seeing a good picture you can take tbhe risk... but the cost is also important and must be checked out.

In a Samsung notebook, hold "Fn" key and press F10 on the keyboard. Then use samsung connection manager to connect to network or click on start > click on network > click on network and sharing center > click on connect to a network and select your wireless network.

Note: You will notice an antena made on the F10 key, this is to turn on and off the wireless, wifi and bluetooth.

Check if fuse F5700 is blown. Replace if necessary and then replace C5709 if fuse is blown.

The clicking means that there is a shorted board such as a Power Supply,Y-Main bd,or other parts. Have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot the set.

power supply probably went out
