I have tried to call ya'll, but of course to no avail.

My Discover card was charged on May 5 for 42.63 and again on May 21 for 31.97.

I would like a logical explanation please. This is not the first problem I have had with your company and I am about ready to give it up.

Hoping to hear from you, but I certainly won't hold my breath.

Hi Leonard,

You will need to contact Symantec directly regarding your billing issue, you can do that at the below link.

http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/cs/contact_cs.jsp

One of their representatives should be able to cancel the double order.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Contact your reseller/vendor. They'll be able to reverse or cancel the charge. If they can't or won't, contact your bank.

I ordered Priory by Dorothy Whipple for my Kindle today costing £8 but was told I already had it archived so I cancelled my order. Ive now been told the new order and the archived item are being...

It may be that you accidentally ordered it twice, and they've just canceled the second order. Check in your Amazon account (Your account-Your orders-Digital orders) and see if you've actually been charged for this book. If you have, and it's really not available for downloading to your Kindle or already on it, contact them through <https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us> with the dates you ordered and paid for the book. I've always found Kindle customer service swift, competent, and fair in adjusting errors.

I placed an order this afternoon which I wish to cancel, but it doesn't appear in my recently placed orders. Why?

Either the site itself was taking to long to process, or your order has to physically be paid thru before you can see the placed and confirmed order. That has happened to me before on Dennis Kirk and also Bay.Just to confirm it I would contact them preferably via phone and reaffirm that the order has been terminated.Should not be an issue, especially if you have to have a paid order to confirm shipping and such...Thx, Jay!!!!

I placed an order this morning, what do I need to do to cancel

Cancel Items from an Order You can cancel or amend any order placed with Amazon.co.uk, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.
Visit the "View Recent and Open Orders" button in Your Account. If we can recognise you as a customer with any unshipped orders, you will see a box to the right. Click the relevant link in that box to visit the order summary page. (If you do not see that box, click here to sign in to "Your Account", and select the order you wish to alter). >
You should then Click the "Cancel items or orders" link and sign in with your e-mail address and password. If the order you want to cancel is listed as "Items Not Yet Dispatched", you can cancel it straight away. If it's listed as "Items Dispatching Soon" or "Items Dispatched", you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. Please read the Your Statutory Rights help page to find out more.
If it's listed as "Items Not Yet Dispatched", click the "View or Change Order" button next to the order you want to cancel. On the next page, click the "Need to Cancel an Item?" button. Select the tick box to the right of the order and click the "Cancel Selected Items" (or "Update Order") button. You will also be required to select a reason for cancelling the item from the drop-down menu that appears. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation from us shortly afterwards.
