Carrier 38TXA030 not working

We have a Carrier 38TXA030 two zone central system. A few days ago after a power outage one of the zones failed to restart. Power to the thermostat is out but all breakers are on, both on the main panel and on the outside power switch. The other zone is working fine. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Already tried to reset by turning off main panel breakers and outdoor switch but alas, to no avail. Don't know if or where there are any micro fuses in our system. The thermostat power comes from the system itself, with no fuses visible.

That sounds like a very efficient system Gratz. You can try a reset by throwing the breakers off and back on and check all your micro fuses on boards and zone controllers. GL!

Heres carriers site you should be able to run down the info you need there :) you'll need your model numbers and you should be able to find all your manuals here for settings and fuse size and locations GL!

Just moved in to new house with central air. Despite turning all 3 zone thermostats to off (ie no cool, no heat), there is still air being blown through vents throughout the house. (fan switches are also...

You should not have the blower fan running if all thermostats are set as you say. You either have a relay problem in the air handler or the zone system wiring or controller is defective.

Extended power loss might lose memorized settings. Pretend the unit is brand new and verify all of them. No video from CD??? Really? Good luck with that.

Zoned system one zone not working

I hit the reset button on the main unit and that reset all the sensors. It was so easy but when I called Carrier's customer service line they told me there was nothing they could recommend. Not very good customer service. Avoid Carrier brand if possible.

There is a capacitor connected to the motor on the compressor. If it fails, the motor won't start and the safety thermal cutoff will stop voltage at the motor terminals. There are fuses inside the power interrupt box on the side of the outside unit. One of them may have blown
