Looks like the SMPS(powersupply) of your PC is damaged. You will have to get it replaced. Estimated cost is around 30$.

Printer won't turn off

Check the power supply cords; make sure they are attached properly. If you are using a power strip, surge protector or any other device where the power supply cord is not plugged directly into a wall outlet, bypass them and plug the printer into a wall outlet; see if that changes anything.
If that doesn't work, remove the printer's power cord from the outlet and all the other cables that the printer connects to the computer to.
Wait 5 or 10 minutes for the printer's CMOS and RAM chips to power off completely.
After enough time has elapsed, plug only the printer's power cord into the wall outlet (do not hook up any of the communication cables in e.g. USB, or serial cables, or network cables.)
Then press the power "on" button.

If the error message is gone, power off the printer.
Uninstall the printer and all its programs from the computer.
Do a clean install and follow the procedures of hooking up the printer as though you are installing it for the very 1st time.

You may have to obtain firmware and/or software updates from HP on your specific printer.

You may also have to check with your OS vendor to make sure you have all the updates/service packs on your PC or laptop

Computer wont turn on

Make sure the tower is getting power. There will be a green light on the back of the tower where the power cord goes. Make sure the cord is snug and that it is securely plugged in to your power source - I'm hoping it is a power surge strip and in which case, make sure the surge strip didn't get unplugged or turned off. If you have it plugged directly in to the wall then make sure that outlet has power by plugging something else in to it that you know works. After doing all of this, make check to see if there is a light on the back of your pc. If not, unplug the power from the back of the tower, wait 30 seconds at least, and then plug it back in. Hit the power button on the front just once, if it doesn't power up, press and hold the button in for a 2 seconds and release. If that doesn't work, your power supply may have gone bad. That happens from time to time. Good luck, hope this helps!

Laptop wont turn on

Very often this is a situation where the battery is dead and the power cord is not working. First off, check to make sure that the power cord is plugged securely in the laptop and securely in the power outlet. Is there a light glowing anywhere on the laptop? If not, you have no power going through the power cord. Check to make sure the power outlet is live. If you plug in a lamp or other device and get power, you have a bad power cord. I always keep a spare power supply cord for my portable computers. You can get them on eBay for $10 or so. When you know that your laptop is getting power through its power cord, but there is no power light glowing on your laptop, it is time to visit a computer repair shop. If the power light is glowing, but the computer will not come on, please describe what steps you are taking and what, if anything, the computer is doing.

All cords are correctly put on, when I turn the desktop on, my monitor doesnt power on, its stay off.

I apologize for thinking so simply, however, your monitor has a separate power button and power cord. Therefore, even if you computer is off, there should be power to the monitor unless the monitor is not plugged in or the power button is turned off.

Check the power button and power cord for the monitor.

When i cleaned my dell demension i put everything back exactly how it was now when i turn on my computer none of my external devices mouse pc screen keyboard is not turning on i need help

I would first check and verify that the electrical outlet or power strip that they are plugged into is working. If a plug gets in a bind it could have blown a fuse on the power strip or the power strip might have a reset switch on it. Or the power strip might have failed. If you have a uninteruptable powersupply that you plug everything into you will need to confirm that it is working as well, test it and look for reset buttons or a fuse holder on it. Your electrical cords could have been pulled out from the wall outlet itself while cleaning sometimes even wall outlets if put in a bind from pressure will blow a fuse or the cord might pull out just enough that it is not making a good connection.
You might get a lamp with a bulb that you know works and plug it into the same electrical receptical that you have the dell computers power cord plugged into and then test the monitor power source the same way.
If the outlets or power strip are getting power and that is confirmed by testing them, and then you plug in the Monitor and Dell power cords into the sources that you have confirmed are getting power, and they do not come on we have a different problem.
If the monitor is hooked up wrong to the computer or not even hooked to the computer the light should come on on the front of the monitor incicating that it is getting power. If you plug it into a confirmed working electrical outlet the light should come on on the power button of the monitor. If it does not come on then somehting might hve possibly damaged all of the epuipment that was plugged in like a power spike on the electrical lines going into your home, this would be very rare but not impossible.
I am sorry for all of the senerios but you were not really clear on what you were using as power sources going to the equipment and I wanted to try and cover the most common possibilities in one email. Please let me know if this helps

Tower switch dose not turn on.i took out power wire from the wall plug when i went to trip 5 weeks ago

Make sure the power cord is securly plugged into the Power Supply Unit in the back of the PC and also in the wall outlet. Look for a switch by the cord plug on the pc that will have a straight line and a circle on it. Make sure it's switched to the ON position (straight line). Try and turn on your pc.

If this does not work still, try a different AC outlet on another wall or in another room. Also try a different power cord for the PC. If none of these work and your machine will still not start up or you don't hear any fans going when you press the button, it might be a bad Power Supply Unit (PSU). I have seen PSU's blow out just by plugging or unplugging the power cord because it can create a spark. If you have a bad PSU, you will need to contact someone local to replace it or you can take your unit to a Best Buy or local computer store and have them give you a price on a new PSU.
