It's possible that you do not have Outlook installed. To determine whether or not it is installed try going to Start and then Run and then type "Outlook.exe" (without the quotes). If you have Outlook installed it will launch.

3. After you have installed the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, click
Start>All Programs>Windows Install Clean Up.

4. Highlight Microsoft Office 2007 entry in the list and then click
Remove. Click OK and wait for the process to end. If any other stand alone
Office applications (such as Visio and Project) appear on the list, please
also remove them. Then, click Exit to close the Windows Installer Cleanup
utility.

5. Click Start>Run, type "regedit" (without the quotation marks) in the
Open box and press Enter.

6. Locate the registry keys below and click Delete from the Edit menu.
Click OK on the following warning dialog box.

Note: Please go to File>Export and backup all the registry first.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office

Quit Registry Editor.

I want to delete INBOX off my computer

I understand that you actually want to uninstall your e-mail client from your computer and further on use some web e-mail service like gmail.com or yahoo.com, right!?
1) If so go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Select your e-mail client > Click "Remove" (in a case you use Microsoft Outlook, you'll have to select Microsoft Office instead and click "Change" and uncheck only Microsoft Outlook from the list, be careful to keep all other Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
2) However, if you don't want to bother with uninstalling programs, simply open your e-mail client as usual, select Tools > Accounts > Select your account > Delete it.

In Outlook 2003, I want to export my functional mailbox, all it's directories folders, folders and subfolders, e-mails included in those folders with their attachments in some cases in them and also,...

Hi Tony.

A microsoft server folder is meant to be exported to a computer with Microsoft Exchange installed. That is useful only if the The Outlook Address Book and folders are kept in an Exchange Server mailbox on original computer.

Export as PST and choose the include subfolder option even if you export to Microsoft Exchange. If the Outlook profile on the new computer has a Microsoft Exchange Server and you want to keep all of your data on the just copy the folders from the new .pst file to a location under Mailbox - Your Name in computer with MS Exchange server.

Simply choose export folder to a pst. Ensure that you have ticked that box that say include subfolders, or subfolders won't be copied.

Here the step by step:

This issue may occur if you deploy Outlook 2003 with the Microsoft Office 2003 Custom Installation Wizard and specify a personal folder (.pst) file in the Windows Installer transform (MST file) by using the Default location for PST files path option. The problem occurs because you specify a file name instead of a folder path.

To resolve this issue for future installations of Office, use the Custom Installation Wizard to edit the MST file. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. On the Change Office User Settings page (page 10 of 24), expand Microsoft Outlook 2003, expand Miscellaneous, and then click PST Settings.
  2. In the right pane, double-click Default location for PST files, and then type the path that you want in the Default location for PST files box. For example, type %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\.
  3. Click OK, and then follow the steps to complete the wizard. When you have corrected the MST file, deploy Office by using the correct MST file.
To resolve this issue for an existing installation of Outlook that is experiencing this problem, specify the .pst file by using the Mail icon in Control Panel.

Or If you are receiving and Err like
Error message when you start Outlook: "Unable to open the Outlook window," "No profile has been created," or "The list of Profiles cannot be loaded"Follow the step's below:This issue may occur on a computer that is running Windows XP if the Outlook.exe file was configured to open with the Windows program compatibility mode setting. When you set compatibility for Outlook to Windows 95 or to Windows 98/Windows Millennium Edition, Outlook displays this error message. This is because the location of the Outlook Profile information in the registry differs on a Windows XP-based computer.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Locate Outlook.exe.

Outlook.exe is typically located in one of the following folders, depending on the version of Outlook that you are running:
    • Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14
    • Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12
    • Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 11
    • Microsoft Outlook 2002 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10
    • Microsoft Outlook 2000 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 9
  2. Right-click Outlook.exe, and then click Properties.
  3. On the Compatibility tab, click to clear the Run this program in compatibility mode for check box.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Try to start Outlook. If you receive error message again, use Method 2.

How to download outlook for ms office 2003

You do not want to download the Free Outlook 2003 (any site offering free outlook 2003 is a scam/spyware filled) You can download Outlook free as a trial from Microsoft. Do not trust and Outlook or other Office software from any place besides Microsoft.. You want to download Microsoft Office 2007 Pro which is paid software. MS Outlook 2003 is not free. Go to Microsoft.com
