Question about Brother MFC 7420 All-In-One Laser Printer
I have 2 MFC 7420 printers. I had just put a new toner in at my work,
when I learned the one at home had run out. I pulled out the drum and
toner cartridge from the office and put it in the one at home and it
keeps telling me "TONER LIFE END."
I have shaken it, run the blue thing on the drum back and forth, and turned the machine on and off a couple of times but have had no luck getting it to accept it.
Can anyone help?
On the side of the cartridge (TN2000) there is a white reset flag, this need to set to twevle 'o' clock, thats towards the black roller. If that hasn't been reset the cartridge will register as low.
