Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
I am running windows Xp on my computer. It was working fine and running all files, but now all of a sudden its stopped running certain types of file like .swf and a few applications.
When i click on the files to open them my mouse pointer turns to busy(mouse + hour glass) for a fraction of a second and then nothing happens and the application does not start.
Please help me.
.swf files are Flash files and are played by the Adobe Flash Player. If you currently have the Adobe Flash Player installed, try going to Start --> Control Panel and clicking on Add/Remove Programs. When the screen loads click on Adobe Flash Player and click Uninstall. Finally restart your computer.
When the computer reboots, use the below link to install Adobe Flash Player.
Thanks for your question!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
