I hav an astronomical telescope D=60mm f=800mm complete w box and instruction manual the box says KD bright and sharper image . and it has a ward art number 48-20398M. the box and book look to b really old...

Yes you can see the 5 bright planets WITHOUT a telescope. However remember that it is only a 60mm lens-- a standard pair of binoculars is 50mm. The scope will give you about 100 power magnification maximum.

Y is the earth shaped like a sphere?

Because Gravity pulls equally in all directions. When the Earth was forming, it was entirely molten rock. And, since Gravity pulls equally in all directions, the Gravity of the Earth pulled the molten rock into a sphere.

Why is it necessary study chemistry?

Chemistry is very important although it may not be something immediately important in your life.
The knowledge you gain slowly through school and university is amazing.
Without knowing chemistry you may not know what those chemicals listed in the ingredients in your food are. You may in the future mix house hold chemicals and get something dangerous, this has happened in the past, and when it does happen you wouldn't know how to best protect yourself.
Chemistry works hand in hand with everything from biology to what your using in your house, everything including plastics (organic chemistry).

Once again the chances of you using something like hybridization is everyday life is very unlikely however the little things you learn can help immensely.

What battery and where does it go for 35mm single lens reflex slr

Your camera uses 2 x CR123 batteries; they fit in a chamber on the underside of the camera beneath the right hand grip.

The camera is an autofocus fixed lens SLR and batteries are essential.

You can view a .pdf manual at the web address below: it's for an IS-20dlx but it's the same camera as the IS-200. Your model had different names depending upon where in the world it was sold. I recommend that you save the manual to your pc as there's no guarantee how long these resources will remain online for.
