I am wondering if you can tell me how my reception can be better? I have never had a phone that constantly turns off mid-conversation, and also won't even let me make a call in most area's of my house.

Re: LG SHINE KE97-Terrible Reception
Call your cell phone provider and they may make a satelite adjustment for the areas you state that are weak.(see if they tell you that your the first one to tell them this about the weak signal) If they cant help ,get a better phone that will get the signal you need. Please Rate This !!!!!

With the phone in standby, enter 2945#*7101# this will activate the extra menu> then go:
Settings>Security>SimLock>Network select deactivate this is where you can enter your SPCK code.
You need to phone your network provider for this SPCK code after you have activated this hidden option (7) as shown above.
It will cost you £15 and you will need your phones IMEI number *#06# it will look something like this xxxxxx-01-442788-1-15 not all phones will unlock this way as the network provider has to get this code from LG.
Virgin Mobile : 0845 6000789 or 789
If you decide to go a reputable Mobile Phone shop they will do it for £10 and will take about 1 minute notice that the Virgin Operator will now be T-Mobile for your existing SIM it will still work with your Virgin SIM (I suggest you bin it bad reception and network busy all the time) use either O2 SIM (the best reception) or Orange SIM (for Orange Wednesdays and slightly better reception than you Virgin SIM)
The phone's internal antenna is broken or jammed. Thus it is preventing the phone for getting reception. In this case contact the dealer for the Fix. I think you surely are under Warrenty ( as you told you have it for just a couple of months ).
The phone has no network. It can be caused because the phone's network service is being blocked or being hampered. For this you need to contact the service provider.
Sir, I think now you can understand the ways to get past this problem.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.
