Question about Car Audio & Video
You are pretty much screwed; Kenwood will not release any information to help you unlock the unit period. They don't know if you stole it or even what the code is. The only way to get the problem fixed is to send the unit to Kenwood along with a legit sales receipt and they will unlock it for you. That's the only way it will happen, it's what I had to do and I'm a dealer.
