I bought a generic touch screen like the one on the link below

only difference is mine is a 4gb. My problem is I turned it on and went to video, then flash and now it's stuck. It's claiming all my folders are open when I haven't touched one yet. It doesn't respond to the charger or the computer when I plug it in. It seems to be locked. I'm desperate and don't want to have to return this. Thanks for any help ahead of time.

- Never mind. I decided on hunch to open the back and the black wire came off the battery from the screen part. Do you guys know anyone who would be able to fix this? Thanks.
