Solution: Bring it into your retailer. Mine did the same thing in 2008 (I'd open up camera and it would just freeze). AT&T gave me a brand new phone, save the sim card, battery, and battery cover.
P.S. I'd back up all your photos/videos/ringtones/etc. to and SD card so you don't lose them all like I did. Contacts saved to sim card stay.

Try to use camera/video recorder and error message appears "camera failed". How can I fix this? I have tried turning off then on the phone, and messing around with the settings and still got nothing.
