Question about Audio Players & Recorders
You are clicking on the wrong drive - the drive letter that you are clicking on that says the name of your mp3 player is the drive that you loaded the install CD onto; you need a different drive letter -sometimes unlabeled
For most mp3 players, you don't have to worry about drive letters - Windows Media Player or a Music Service can be used to transfer and delte songs to the player instead
Give us your model and manufatcurer of your mp3 player, and we can be of more assistance
