Make sure stitch length is set to longest possible - to start with.

This should be a series of dashed lines, or on a high number near the motor end of the machine.

There may be a small wheel or knob which can be in 2 positions - feed on or off. Make sure it is feed ON.

This is probably it.

Hai, perhaps you put the top and bobbin thread properly. Otherwise you heavy tight the tension . Please try to and adjust the normal tension and change the correct size new needle.

The cloth will not move

Have you adjusted the pressure of the presser foot yet? If you don't have enought pressure... it won't feed properly.

Here's a manual for you.... read through it carefully.

My janome machine model 2001.doesnot work properly it thread is loose from down side during sewing ,sometimes work properly but some time while sewing it shows same problem i was cleaning with tooth brush...

I think you may have to careful clean everything and check you havn't dropped feed dogs or changed a setting. I don't really know what you mean by the foot getting stuck, but if the feed dogs ( moving part under the cloth) are down than the cloth can't move. Also, the pressure of the foot may be too high; this can also happen accidently while cleaning.
Get a manual ( and double check everything. Also, check there is no thread in the thread guides as this may have been your original problem. pull a thread towards to needle

Cloth will not move forward

Cogs are feed dogs.

Check your manual to see if there is a pressure adjustment for the presser foot.

This may be a nob on top of the machine directly over the presser foot.

Turning the adjustment left/less or right/more pressure.

Also, refer to the manual for cleaning the bobbin and feed dog area as lint may be causing a bit of the problem.

Cloth does not move . It sews when I pull the cloth myself, but it does not automatically moves the cloth by itself

Make sure your feed dogs are up. Feed dogs are moving metal parts in the needle plate that make the fabric move forward under the presser foot. Open up the shuttle box underneath the needle plate. There is a lever to the right of the the shuttle. Press the lever down and to the left to raise the feed dogs.

Increase the pressure on the presser bar. Usually this is located right above on the top of the machine.

While stitching interlock system is not working

Make sure the feed dogs are up properly. Under the arm of the machine, at the front, there is a dial. Turn it towards the picture showing jagged teeth as far as you can.

The fabric doesn't move forward.

What is the length set at?

Are the feed dogs visible at the needle plate?

What does the design look like in the pattern box?

Have you tried it on the straight stitch to see if is effected also?
