Got to WWW.TIMEX.COM and search for it there. There are 2 different Datalink software to choose from when using the search words "ironman datalink software update". Make sure you use the correct one for your watch. The two results from the search are the early version and the update. (I recommend using the update unless you have a really old version of the watch.)

My data link watch works well except it doesn't beep anymore when it's time for an alarm to go off. There is no sound at all. Can it be fixed?

If you just replaced the battery and the sound doesn't work anymore, you most likely have the back on upside down. I had the same problem and found a note about it on Amazon. It fixed the problem.

Good luck

On my Timex T53722 the bottom of the display is cut off and the Contact mode is getting erratic. It has a new battery.

mcdevito75 here, If you changed the battery yourself, you"ll have to go back into the watch to make sure the buttons are presssing fully, and on the correct spot on the quartz movement, some times these button contacts get mis-aligned due to moveing the movement while replaceing the battery, you"ll also have to check the battery contact in the watch also, make sure the battery is being held fairly tight, the battery could have gotton loose. If you had the shop replace the battery, return to the shop for adjustments.

Timex Expedition sports watch - how to view lap times?

I ran into the same problem w/ my new Timex Expedition. I emailed their help desk and they said that the Expedition models do not have lap memory feature. You need an IronMan watch to get lap recall. Wish I knew that before getting this Expedition watch...

Installed new battery and now all works except audible alarms....

You have the back on backward. The speaker is on the back plate. Rotate the back so that the circle DOES NOT match up with the battery. It'll work perfectly.

Setting the time on a Timex Data Link 851 Watch

You have to use the USB cable and do it through your computer. There is no way to change the time on the watch. Bad design.
