problem the solved.What makes the screen of a phone white is when the screen of the phone is damaged or the flex of the phone has cut.

The flex of the phone is attached to the keypad of the phone. They are joint together.

The flex of the phone can get weak due to opening and closing the phone all the time.It might be the flex is weak and it needs to be replaced.

If when replaced and still no display, then it's definitely going to be the screen of the phone that will need to be replaced.

Would advice to prevent more damage on the phone, you can give it to a mobile repairer to check it for you if you can not.

it looks like your handset screen has gone you can get a replacement done for around 25 to 30 Pounds .
but first i would reccomend if it is under guarantee sending it to nokia they will flash the device ( update the software) this will work

the problem on it is the crystal iC of the Display, replace it

SURGICAL - you need to replaced the mobile flexcable in the phone also have the repair center flash the keypad flexfile back into the phone.

BRENNA - replaced the flexcable

VGETSON - you need to flash a file call keypad flex into the phone to correct the keypad freezing up on you.

that is a norwegian link. but if you click on the flink that says " Last ned Nå"  you will download the program that will install the new update, you can instal the program in english, so that  is just peace of cake from there..

have the flex cable replaced....

elvintromp - have the phones firmware reflash or updated to correct the issue, you can take it to a mobile center close to you to have that done.

asdf1092 - replace the camera and service the phone.
