My phone is not opening any sounds, pics or videos when my trans card is in my phone. it just freezes up after entering my access code. I changed my settings to bypass having to put in my access code but was still unable to access any of my media. i took the trans card out of the phone and only then then was i able to accesss any files saved on the phone itself in my media. but when i put the trans card back in it did the same thing and I wasn't able to access any files on my trans. When this occurred the first time, I was simply renaming an audio file stored in my trans and the phone froze while renaming. Im sure that the trans card is not damaged, it was my first time taking it out of the phone to transfer pic files from my computer. what can I do to fix this so that I may again access the stored files on my trans card? thank you.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. goodluck!

you have to connect your phone to camera via wifi.
turn on camera then open wifi settings in the phone.
if you see your camera when searching, select on it and if it asks for the password, enter it. (the password might be located in your manual) then when it connects, open app and manage your pics and videos.
Your phone probably doesn't have enough memory to play the videos. You may need to clear some of the memory: IE: old photos you don't want, messages, calls, etc. Try that before you take the phone in to the dealer. If you want to save everything, instead of erase it, get an extra SD card and save everything to it, make sure it all transferred to the card, then you can erase the photos, messages, etc on the phone to clear some memory.
Go to media center, picture/video, my pictures, options, manage my pics, then check mark the pics you want to save to the card, then hit options again from the lower right screen and hit option #2 (move) then hit #1. to card. also works the same if you change phones and want to put pics in memory card on new phone.
best way to do this is transfer all your music and pics back to the phone from the t-flash. then remove the t- flash and reinsert it then try and load it all back to the t flash it should work better if not your memory card is either damaged or your contacts inside the phone for the memory card are bad. please rate this....thanks
I think you must firstly off your phone than you must take the memory card than open the phone and then you must turn it off again and put the memory card and start the phone i think that it must stop the freezing. For the problem that you cannot download pics i think you must contact your network service provider.
Since no one has answered this yet and I found a solution, I minus well help the people out there. This is how I do it: 1) go to menu 2) go to tools 3) go to USB Mass Storage This will allow your computer to recognize your phone/card and will open it. I highly recommend transferring all your photos and video to your card instead of your phone memory. This is how you transfer it from your phone to your card: 1) go to menu 2) go to settings 3) go to memory from here you can gain access to what is on your phone memory and your card memory. From this you can edit where you want to save your pics/videos/sounds to (either phone or card memory) and transfer your media files from your phone to your card or vise versa.
go to motorola.com/iden click united states click support click software downloads (if you have pictures and videos download iden media downloader to retain them) click software upgrade click your phone model make sure you select a date within a year for the warranty info you will need a data cable to make this work try to redownload the software to your phone this might help
