Question about HP PSC 2410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Yes, i have the problem were when i start up my printer, the hourglass image shows up, and the scanner checks (As Usual) it goes left, then when it returns, when it gets almost all the way, it makes a grinding sound, and the hour glass image still shows up, then after a minute or so of the grinding, it stops and no button fuctions. You gave the link for a new driver or something of that sort, i dont under stand, what is it, and when i clicked ur link, it took me to this page where i couldnt find anything, just multiple advertisements and a youtube video... Thank You
I had the same problem and following a suggestion on another forum, http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/printer/42155#2, I cleaned the bottom of the glass and it now works better than it ever did before. Taking it to pieces is a little tricky but not impossible.
