Question about Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player
My Philips SA5125 freezes on me. I would be listening to music and not touch the device and it would go to the screensaver mode. When i try to change stations or music, it will not allow me to do so. the only thing that works is the (-) button - volume down button. The only way that I can get it to work is when I charge it. Can help me with this problem?
There is a hold switch on that player - when the hold is engaged, only the volume buttons work. Read your user's manaul for instructions on how to unengage it, but all you have to do is slide the hold switch toward the top of the player and release.
If you find that, after checking the hold switch, your player is still freezing up on you, get the latest firmware upgrade from Philips' website. www.usasupport.philips.com.
