Printer problem my cartridges are fine but no print is coming on the page

1 - Test the print with another cartridge. (If you do not have another cartridge, youcan skip to step 2)
2-If the problem stops, make a cleaning of the cartridge in the cylinder using a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol.
3 - If this does not resolve, you should check the fuser film because it may be dirtyor damaged.

Re-check the cartridge installations.
Try disconnecting the printer from power and then connecting it again.

Try cleaning the 'printhead'.

It could be your cartridge. Try to clean the cartridge nozzles. Refer to this article: Blank Pages Printed.

Step 1:-
First of all go to the printer--> Press setup button on it --> use the Arrow keys --> choose the tools option --> now choose the option Print a test page--> If the test page prints fine--> The printer is fine. No problem in the printer.
Else take out the cartridges and clean it with a lint free cloth. ( Remember when cleaning the cartridges DO not touch the nozzel of the cartridge. Just clean the out side of the cartridge nozzel.)
Step 2:-
Try to change the color of the font on the document you are printing and then try printing. You will get to know if it is actually printing or not. If it is not printing in color also then try this ...!
Click on start--> go to control panel--> go to printers and faxes or printers option and then right click on the printer and choose properties option. Click on the print a test page button.--> Check if it works.

I know it sounds silly, but never underestimate the obvious.

Did you remove the plastic protectors from the cartridges?

Another solution maybe to return the cartridges to the store for an exchange. It has only happened once to me, but I exchanged the cartridge for another "new" one and it worked fine.

try to reload your catridge on the carrier or cartridge holder..
and clean your printer tab circuit and also the cartridge tab circuit and run maintenance page on it..
go to your printer panel and select maintenance ..browse clean printhead..and print maintenance page..to clean the cartridge..

To align the cartridge from the control panel:

Please follow the steps given below:

1. Please Load a plain paper.
2. Press and hold the "Scan" button for three seconds.
3. An alignment page prints.
4. Place the alignment page onto the scanner glass.
5. Press the "Scan" button.
6. Once scanning is complete, the cartridge has been aligned for optimal print quality. Alignment must be complete before continuing with any print jobs.

the ink inside of the cartridges is gelled.

turn off printer, remove cartridge and drum and clean internally.
reinstall drum and cartridge and do a test print, hopefully all will be better.

I just sprayed windex on bottom of cartridge several times and wiped with paper towel until dark streak of black appeared. Then I dried off cartridge and replaced. It works now. Must have been clogged.
