Question about Cell Phones

1 Answer

Can't not hear callers but they can hear me

Though working fine last night, this morning I answered a call and the other person could not hear me. When I tried recalling them, I could not hear the ring. However, they texted me that they could hear me. I can hear when the loud speaker is on as well hear the keypad. the "earpiece volume" is on high. Can't hear callers, but they can hear me. I have an ATT LG cell phone and the warranty ran out 5/14. They want me to purchase a new phone or if I cancel policy it is a $175 fee.

Hi Jaison, Please could you help me with a problem with my Nokia 110? The problem is that I am able to make an outgoing call, but when the person answers I am unable to hear that person. He/she is able to...

it seems to be an hardware fault.since as you said you cant hear the caller, your phones headpiece is seemed to be faulty. you need to replace it form a nearest service center.also before that just try pressing the up arrow key on you phone while calling it may increase the volume if you accidentally decreased the headpiece volume.
good luck

When the phone rings and the person answering the call can hear the caller the problem is: the caller cannot hear the voice of the person that answered the phone.

you can try to use a headset and see if it will work
normally if the caller cannot hear the receiver theres some problem with the mouthpiece. if the headset and loudspeaker works then you have to go to the store and have it fixed.
hope this help

Seriously, sometimes if you have the other person yell, it will just magically "pop" back in. THis only lasts a few minutes though. Unless you can deal with speaker phone, I suggest a new phone.
