I got this Bunn Coffee maker from my Mom's estate and I didn't get the direction book. I can't get the coffee to brew. My question is does the brew swicth glow when on? I would like to get a good cup of coffee. It has been awhile since my mom used it. I don't know if the switch s bad or if something else is going wrong with the machine. Are there any place to have the machine repaired. I have tried without success to do a google on Bunn service centers. I live in the Toledo, OH area
