After looking at the specs this type of gas valve requires that the dials be pushed in while trying to operate. If you try this and they still do not operate most likley you will end up having to replace the valves.

Grill problem with belling xuo70g mk2 Flames

if there are flames inside the control panel this is usually indicative of a crooked burner causing the gas to swirl as it flows from the valve orifice into the burner venturi tube. By the time there is enough gas to ignite and be seen there will be damage to the valves and the gaskets so there will be several gas leaks adding the the problem.

You are going to have to remove the burners and make sure they are properly installed and then remove the control panel to access the manifold and all the control valves. Pressurize the manifold and pour soapy water throughout to locate the bubbles that denote leaks.

Why won't my Weber grill ignite after installing a

Disclaimer- be careful when working with gas. Starters in gas grills are just about novelty anymore. Often, they only light 1/3rd or 1/4th of the burners and they usually stop working within one grilling season. I recommend using a wand lighter. Try to light just one burner but if doesn't light in 5 to 7 seconds, turn the gas off and wait to try again. Incidentally, you are turning the gas on at the tank, right? You should hear it when you turn the burner on.

How do i light this gas grill, it is a charbroil was borrowed from our friend, who is now not picking up the phone...

1-Make sure propane tank has propane in it.
2-Turn regulator (valve attached to propane tank) on.
3-Turn burner dials on, usually there is a "light" or "ignite" position to let the most gas flow to start. If there isn't, just turn it/them to high.
4-Listen for the hissing, if you hear some hissing from the grill, it has gas flow.
5-Turn the dials back off and give 3-5 minutes for gas to clear.
6-Turn dials back on and hit the igniter button.
That should do it! :)

Grill does not heat over 250 degrees

Here is a couple of things to do.

Make sure your tank is filled.
Straighten Fuel hose, so it is not bent or kinked.
Does your front burner light with a match? If it does light then check the Crossover Ignition System.

Also, It could be the way the unit is turn off.

Try following thses steps, this will help to reset the excess flow safety device.
Turn all burner control knobs and the cylinder valve OFF.
Disconnect the regulator from the cylinder. Turn burner control knobs to HIGH. Wait at least 1 minute. Turn burner control knobs OFF. Reconnect the regulator to the cylinder. turn cylinder valve on slowly. Then go ahead an light your grill.
