Generic problem for all Receivers

Hitachi AX-M131U several weeks old, remote not controlling, on manual switch on the volume ramps to max, unable to reduce. Have tried reboot and holding on off button. Any advice???? Regards Geoff Law

GuruThis should still be under warranty. It sounds like the internal CPU is confused. This could be a simple power suplpy problem or something a bit more complex. Return it for warranty service.
