Ringtone does not match Samsung phone defaults to... (by 3 users)

Purchased Motorola T305's for my wife and myself within the last couple of weeks. Paired up ok with both models we have (SGH-T429) and the (SGH-T329 Stripe) the only problem is when they ring they play green sleeve's as a ring tone. We both have downloaded ringtones but they dont come through on the T305?? I work with someone who have a motorola razr and a T305 and his ringtone rings through on the T305 do you have any ideas on this. Green Sleeves is not my first choice of a ringtone
