Plug camera into USB port using the cable supplied, and switch the camera on. Computer will display the "found new hardware" sign, and ask you to insert the disk that came with the 33L into the disk drive. That done, the drivers will be installed in the usual manner. AT LEAST, THAT'S HOW I DID IT - AND IT WORKS!

Have you tried installing it on Win 7? Most software made for vista will run fine on Win 7.
Otherwise you can try running the program in "XP Compatability Mode".
You can do this by right clicking the installation file (or if installed already, the shortcut you use to open the program) and click properties. Then click the Compatability tab and check "run this program in compatability mode for:" and choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
Not compatible or not working well with windows 7?
(making a program work with windows 7)
Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is
for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like
you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from
other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before
installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use
"troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program
installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will
allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run.
Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))
Sorry talhahs, creative has not written Vista compatible driver software for you're PC-Cam 350 camera. Hence you're camera will not function with any version of Vista. There are few SD readers currently that are compatible with Vista. Click on this link to see one type. http://www.vavolo.com/productdetails.asp,mode,1,ProductID,3908,gclid,CPqsn6iJ-JMCFQEnGgod1UrbWg A card reader that will help you in transferring pictures from you’re camera to you’re PC while using Vista. Win XP, unlike Vista will still run program software even if it has not passed MS's compatability.
I had the same exact problem. I love my pdc and was very determined to figure it out! LOL I also have Vista and my Image maker Software for my pdc640 kept getting the "Not Compatible With NT" error. This is what I did: Put the CD in and click ok when error pops up...Open 'My Computer" and click the disk drive your PDC CD is in...Click "EXPLORE"....Click the "setup" icon and then "Properties"..then click at the top where it says "compatability"---Click the white box that says "RUN THIS PROGRAM IN COMPATABILITY MODE FOR:--then scroll and choose Windows 98....click apply and Ok....then download the same "SET UP' or auto install icon! It worked for me! Please email me at email@example.com and let me know if this helped:)
