Question about Printers & Copiers
I spoke with Canon and they said the PIXMA 620 does not accept refilled cartridges. Occasionally they work without a problem but you should buy a new cartridge each time. I spoke with an authorized Canon repair company and the technician said that the thickness of the ink in the refills is thinner and can ruin the printhead so even if it does recognize the cartridge, refilled cartridges will ruin printhead and are a bad idea. Canon needs to become more ecologically and economically viable if you ask me!

Have you replaced all of the ink tanks? I saw a similar issue with a Pixma and it turned out to be a bad ink cartridge. I would suggest contacting Canon customer service via email to correct the issue.
They may charge for the call.
