Good ole pink tweezers did the job for me. :)
One place to check for paper jam you cannot see until to look behind a hinged plastic flap above the cartridge area.
Remove cartridge.Above the cartridge area is a width-wide plastic piece, about 1 to 1 1/2 inch wide from top to bottom, hindged along the top edge, moves but is attached along the two lower corners of the piece by small springs (one at each corner) to the housing of the machine. You cannot easily lift the plastic flap up to look behind it for paper jam until you remove the springs. I used forceps to remove them. Tweezers may work. Don't lose them! Once you remove the springs you can easily lift up the plastic flap (it is hinged) and look behind it into the crevices for any paper. That is where we found a small piece of paper. We need are skinny forceps to reach into the crevice to get the paper out.
Paper was jam & while removing half paper was reared & half paper stuck in side the rolloer.
Now how to remove remaining part of paper from canon imageclass MF 4320 d Printer
Follow these steps :

Remove all paper from the trays. This will prevent further jams during the clearing.
2.2
Remove the covering to the printer's outer case to expose the jam. Locate the jammed paper to ensure there is not another problem causing the stall.
3.3
Pull gently on the jammed paper, taking care not to tear it. In most cases, this will remove the jam.
4.4
Press the flashing "Printer Jam" button. This will allow the rotors to turn and facilitate the release of the jam.
5.5
Turn off the printer and firmly pull on the jammed paper. Be careful not to tear it.
6.6
Remove remaining paper shreds. if a tear occurs, remove any residual paper that may hamper printing.
7.7
Refill the paper tray and try printing again. If the jam persists, repeat the process and search for more paper.
