Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines

1 Answer

I have a Whirlpool Thin Twin model LT7000XTNO and the water will not drain after the wash or rinse cycles. I have tried it in each of the different settings (normal, permanent press etc.) Could it be the lid switch? The water fills and agitates (wash and rinse cycles)with both the lid up or down. How do I access the lid switch on this model? If it is the water pump (clogged or worn out) how do I access the pump. Thank you for your assistance.

Water not filling on washer

the inlet filter is probably clogged restricted and/or inhibited flow of water into your machine.
These things happen, and cleaning out the filter is a good first step to finding the problem.
