Question about Philips SA3125\02 MP3 Player
When i tried to turn my mp3 player on today its frozen on the welcome screen. that was 4 hours ago and no change. ive tried turning it off and on and also tried plugging it into my pc but nothings happening. on the philips website they said to press the reset button but will that not delete all my music. im going on holiday in a few days so i dont have time to put all my music on, please help!!!???
Reset will NOT delete all your music, but the permanent fix that you need to prevent this from happening again will delete all the songs. Reset, and see if it works. But it might freeze up on you during vacation. You will have to keep pushing reset until you get home and have more time for the permanent fix.
