I recently brought a laptop of dell vostro 1015........ nd vendor installed a windows 7 on my lapy... but after 2 or 3 days my system stops working like device manager is not responding,internet explorer not opens,,,,,nd many more problems...... to solve dis problem i tried to install windows lot of time but again the same problem occured......i had also format the harddisk but again the same problem.. whats the main problem it actually have .... plz give solution to this problem....... i m badly struck with this problem.......

Your problem description makes no sense. Try to be a little clearer. WHAT is not working? WHAT, if any, are the error messages? All I can tell is either your icons are disappearing or maybe your having a device problem. Please elaborate.
I strongly you lap got affected by some kind of virus. Better you can take the lap to service center and they will format the entire hard disk not a single partition . You can also try the same way

If you try to run XP setup without changing the BIOS SATA setting to
ATA mode, setup will BSOD with an 0X0000007B error. Make sure the SATA
setting in the BIOS is ATA...
you will get this error when you will be booting your system from CD and windows installation will be in first step.
to resolve it, go to BIOS setting-->change BIOS SATA setting to ATA mode--->apply changes-->insert windows CD and restart the system-->press f12--->nd boot from CD....hope u will be able to resolve it.

This is for Windows 7 32-bit Operating system, if you have a different version of Operating system then just change the operating system selection on top area on the dell support website that I provided you.
