Older 1080 HDTV Rear Projection

I have a 50 Inch older 1080 HDTV Rear Projection. We were hit with a lightning power surge. The TV turns on, the screen is blue and has sound, but there is no picture. We have also tried all the inputs and outputs and none of them seem to work either. Any solution or knowledge?
