There is one patch software for resetting the counter. once you patch it will not ask any thing regrding the tonner forever
Qfte4r re-fikking the toner,you need a new chip on the toner cartridge or to reset the software of the printer.Look and download at this link http://www.savetoners.com/component/content/article/94-free-reset-software-for-new-samsung-ml-1640.html.Follow the reset instruction and when you have reseted you printer cover the chip with something.If you need any other help please replay!have a nice printing.

You have to flash the printer with the fixed firmware and it will never ask you again for a new toner cartridge :) it is a 1 minute job for me and i charge my Local customers 10 Euro mostly because it has to be done just once and then you just refill the cartridge without doing anything else ( this is just an explanation - i don't want your money)
