I had the same problem with my pressure washer that I bought from Home Depot. Only two years old and used about four times. Home Depot said 'sorry, no warranty' but offered to put a $160 pump on it if I paid for it; however, I only paid a little over $200 brand new (was on sale) for the whole washer!.
In anycase, I watched a couple of video's on U-Tube and disassembled the pump. Well, all the little plastic valves in the pump are damaged and now mis-shapened.. I guess that is that..
It does not seem to be possible to buy a rebuilt pump. Further, the parts cost almost as much as just replacing the pump which is why you can't get a rebuilt one. So, I am buying a new equivalent pump from a different OEM on Amazon and suggest you do like wise.
You might save a few $ by buying the rebuild kit, but if it doesn't work you are still out of luck. At least the new pump should work a few hours...
Yes..I'm having the same problem.This pump was made in China for Annovi-Reverberi and they are junk.I'll see if I can get a Cat or any other brand that fits.
